Right to Know access links are distributed as a way to allow individuals access to information on the chemicals that may be at their facility or in their work environment. Right to Know access links are created by an organization's Administrator, then made available to individuals within the organization.
PERFORMING A SEARCH
After accessing the RTK window, narrow your search focus as desired by selecting a value from the "Field Category" list and enter the corresponding value in the "Search" field. This allows you to search by a product name, number, or chemical ingredient, for example.
If you would like to have a broad search, leave All in the Field Category space.
The grey bar above the search button details the current filters that are being used. Click on "Search Filters" to view and change the filters used in the search.
There are numerous filters to select from, including but not limited to use locations, status, product name and number, and classification code. When you have selected the filters you want, click "Apply Filters".
The window will display all of the products that meet the filter rules.
